The Pollok Pantry

Pollok Pantry, delivered by SWAMP, operates from the SWAMP Creative Media Centre at 25-27 Brockburn Road, Glasgow, G53 5BG. As a No Wrong Door partner, it offers a dignified, membership-based model designed to support individuals and families facing food insecurity in the Pollok area.

Membership costs £1 per month (a six-month membership can be taken out at £6), granting up to four shopping visits per week. Each shop costs £3.50, allowing members to select 10–15 items of primarily surplus and reduced-cost food.

In emergency situations, SWAMP staff ensure that individuals can access the pantry free of charge to meet urgent needs.

No referral is required for standard access, though the pantry also welcomes referrals from local partners for additional crisis support and signposting to financial wellbeing services.
